Overview Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. All shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Processing Time All orders require a processing period before they are dispatched. Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

United Kingdom Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch Express shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch
International Standard shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch Express shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volumes, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout. Azmarino has no control over customs processing times or any associated charges.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@azmarino.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Azmarino cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@azmarino.com — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Returned to Sender If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's cost.
